Jio Financial and BlackRock Enter Into Joint Venture For Wealth Management, Broking Businesses

 Jio Financial Services: has Made an agreement between Black Rock And BlackRock Advisory Singapore Pte. Ltd to form a Joint Venture Of 50:50 For Broking And Wealth Management Businesses. 

Note: This Will Be Done Only After Statutory Approvals.

This Joint Venture Will Work On Asset Under Management Of Indian Broking Firms Smoothly. The two companies had planned an initial investment of $150 million each in the joint venture.

This Announcement Come Ahead On Monday When Market Closes And Jio Share Price Was Rs.355.20. Mukesh Ambani Owned Company Record 56% Fall Of Net Consolidate Profit of 294Core at Last Quater Of December2023.

Total expenses for the December quarter were Rs 98.95 crore compared with Rs 71.43 crore in the September quarter. Total Tax Paid By Company Was 88 Crore .

These All Expense And Tax Include Of All The Companies Under Jio Financial Services, Like Jio Payment Solutions, Jio Finance,  Jio Infrastructure Management Services Etc..
